The GVGR is VeriQor's consolidated measure of guest experience across an operator's chosen review platforms. Not a simple average — a weighted composite that accounts for review volume, ensuring the rating reflects actual guest sentiment rather than cherry-picked scores.

Platform Selection & Weighting
  • Each operator selects up to 4 review platforms relevant to their business.
  • The GVGR is calculated using a weighted percentage of total review volume — higher-volume platforms carry proportionally greater weight.
  • This prevents operators from cherry-picking scores from low-traffic, favourable platforms.

3 Measurement Dimensions

The VVFMI captures whether a property's pricing is fair, transparent, and proportionate to what guests receive. A composite measure across three dimensions: price flexibility, cancellation terms, and board basis inclusions.

Dimension 1 — Price Fluctuation
  • Measured as the percentage variance between average High Season and Low Season prices per person.
  • Operators are benchmarked against the closest comparable competition in their segment.
  • Comparison considers: number of rooms, offering level, price band, and cancellation policy.

The VCVS answers one question: does this operator have the right to operate? Scored on a continuous 0.0–10.0 scale — tiered, not binary. Compliance always dominates performance scoring. Expired mandatory documents cap the score below 5.0, regardless of service or value ratings.
